Included in your investment in the OhNo! radiopharmaceutical production control software package is a one-year service and support agreement that entitles you to:

Technical support via e-mail, phone, fax and internet.

Assistance with installation, configuration and implementation of OhNo! and associated hardware.

All service packs and program updates released during the year.

OhNo! comes with various levels of service agreements which can be renewed each year.

Telephone access times are normally 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Pacific time), seven days a week.

Clear and effective package installation instructions, backed up by e-mail, telephone and remote diagnostics, if required.

Hardware assessment and connection instructions (label printer, bar code reader) to ensure a smooth installation of OhNo!.

Extra support

Some labs know they need a laboratory information management system (LIMS) like OhNo! but do not have the time to implement it. We offer extra start-up and ongoing support at reasonable negotiable rates. Some of the services we offer include:

Importing your historical manufacturing and inventory data into OhNo!. This is easier if the data is in electronic form, for example Excel spreadsheets or exported from another application.

Data import for paper-based records is also provided, but the data will have to be entered into OhNo! manually so customers should consider whether the time and effort justify the expense.

OhNo! can automatically insert detailed information about open stock items or production and quality control data into MS Word Batch Records and Synthesis Reports. 2nd Sight Solutions will integrate your Batch Records and Synthesis Reports into OhNo!.
